To My 3 Kids on Mother's Day
Every year on Mother’s Day, I like to write a letter to my kids.
To my 3 kids on Mother’s Day, I love you!
To my babies-
This Mother’s Day our family is complete. We have the best 3 kiddos and we are so lucky to be your parents. We love you, endlessly.
To be your Mom, is the best and greatest gift. You are each unique and special and have a piece of my heart. Watching you grow is so fun and exciting and bittersweet, all wrapped up into one big emotion. This year, I have a 5 year old, a 3 year old, and a 10 month old. How did you all grow so fast?!
Dominic, you are a sweet, caring, and smart little boy. You have matured so much this past year in Kindergarten. You are so thoughtful, determined, and inquisitive. You love your sisters, your friends, and your family so strongly. You love baseball, soccer, golf, and art. You have taught me so many things with all of your knowledge. I love how you fixate on something and become an expert on it. I hope you always have this want to know all the things. You are the one who made me a Mama. I learned so much from you and I will always treasure those first couple of years of just you and I. You stepped into your big brother role so effortlessly, that I truly think you were meant to be the first born. I love you so much, my boy!
Giulietta, my fierce, brave, and confident girly. Your spark is inspiring and makes everyone smile. You shine and bring brightness to everyone you meet. You have such a happy and fun spirit. You love to dance, to wear all the pretty dresses, to put my makeup on, and to use your scooter. You are so independent and have such a strong willed personality that I know you will always use throughout your life. You love your brother and sister so hard and always show it. You made me a girl Mom and made me more confident in my motherhood journey. You are the perfect middle child, looking out for your little sister, and wanting to be just like your big brother. I love you so much, my girl.
Serafina, our happy, sweet, and loving girly. In the 10 months since you entered this world, you have changed our lives for the better. You love to cuddle and snuggle, to play with all your toys, and to try and keep up with your older siblings. You have become so laid back and easy going. I love watching your curiosity blossom and see you explore. You watch everything D and G do and I know you will be giving them a run for their money when you are older. You have completed our family in the best way possible. To have all my lasts in motherhood with you is so special. You will forever be my baby. I love you so much, my girl.
I’m so proud of to call you mine. I’m grateful I get to have a front row seat to your lives. You are all destined to be amazing! I love being able to celebrate Mother’s Day with you! If only I could bottle up these little baby, toddler, and early childhood days to keep them forever. Instead, I’ll be soaking in all these moments with you. I love you kiddos!
