Our Favorite Fitness Gear

We love doing at home workouts so I thought I would share our favorite fitness gear!

After working out, there is nothing like cozying up with a nice blanket, check out lots, HERE.

There are tons of fitness gear options out there so I thought if you are looking to add some new pieces to your home gym, I would share our favorites with you!

John Paul and I do workouts at home 4-6 times a week so we have slowly been getting gym equipment to use at home. We love being able to get in a good workout from the comfort of our home while the kiddos are entertained. We don’t have a lot of fitness gear, but what we have gives us a great workout!

John Paul typically works out during his lunch break and I typically workout after dinner and before the kids go to bed. The kids actually join in with our workouts sometimes, it’s really cute and fun!

We usually do a bike workout for 30-45 minutes and then some sort of weight/band/strength workout for about 15-20 mins or so.

If you are looking to add some fitness gear to your home, check out our favorites below! We aren’t professional trainers or anything, just enjoy to working out!

FAVORITE FITNESS GEAR

STATIONARY BIKE: We love this bike! It’s not as high tech as a Peloton or anything, but it gets the job done! We have had it for over a year now with no issues. My brother is a big Peloton fan and when he has come to visit, he even says the bike is good!

WEIGHTS: We use standard dumbbells for our weight workouts. Nothing crazy, but glad we have them! I use 15 lbs and John Paul uses 25 lbs. We both need to get some new sets in a bigger size soon!

KETTLEBELL: This is a great piece of equipment for doing swings. It works you hard, which I love!

BANDS: Sometimes we will use the bands for working out rather than the weights. It’s a fun way to change things up and works different muscles.

TERRA CORE: This is a newer addition to our gym equipment and it’s amazing. So challenging, in the best way possible! There are lots of YouTube videos on different workouts you can do or you can look on their website/social media channels. It’s such a full body workout, we love it! Use code LINDSAY25 for 25% off.

MASSAGER: If you get sore muscles, this massager is UNREAL! I use it all the time for recovery or if I happen to sleep wrong, LOL! It’s so helpful and feels really nice on your muscles.
