How to Clean a Pacifier

Use these easy tips to clean your baby’s pacifier!
Giulietta has been a pacifier user since she was born and using these tips, we can easily clean it!
Both of my kiddos have used a pacifier. It’s helped to soothe and calm them down especially for naps and bedtime.

My favorite part of these pacifiers is that they are SO easy to clean! It’s been such a good little Mom hack to be able to keep these all sanitary.
HOW TO CLEAN THE PACIFIER:
Detach the Soothie from the plush toy
Sterilize the Soothie in either a Philips Avent Steam Sterilizer bag in the microwave for 2 minutes or place in boiling water for 5 minutes
Allow the soothie to cool and be sure to check for any trapped water in the nipple
Note: Also check the soothie for any holes, tears, rips before giving it to your baby—it’s recommended to switch out the pacifier every 4 weeks
Use a mesh bag to wash the plush toy in a regular laundry cycle
Lay out the plush toy to air dry
Connect the plush toy and soothie and give to your baby
