Fun Learning Tool for Preschool Kids

Thank you to Animal Island Learning Adventure for sponsoring this post. All opinions are my own.

We have been using this tool with Dominic for helping to teach him some lessons that are age appropriate.

Animal Island Learning Adventure is such a fun and engaging learning tool that we have been using to help Dominic with some preschool lessons.

Dominic turned 3 in September and I have been trying to find creative ways to teach him some things at home. He will go to a preschool of some sorts next year, but I figured we could add in a few lessons a day to help foster his education. I try and keep them fun, short, and simple.

We recently added in this Animal Island Learning Adventure and he loves it. It’s perfect for assisting us with his learning and gives me plenty of time to prep a meal or clean up a bit while he is learning for 15 minutes.

I love the AILA (Animal Island Learning Adventure) because it is not a tablet. He doesn’t touch it or use it as you would a tablet or phone. It’s meant for learning purposes only so there is no touching required which is really nice.

This device is a complete preschool curriculum. There are no apps or anything like that on the device, the curriculum comes loaded on it so there is no downloading, swiping, or anything like that to find different things.

There are 2 modes on the AILA. Broadcast mode is for when you want to just have the songs and characters playing in the background. I will put this on if the kiddos just want to listen to some music or watch the characters. The other mode is the Learning Session which is 15 minutes long. This is what we use the most as it is the perfect length of time for Dominic to sit and learn while I am busy with Gigi, cleaning up, prepping meals, or sending an email. It’s not something he is staring at for hours on end.

The learning session goes over colors, shapes, numbers, letters, phonics, and more. It reads books, sings songs, and it’s interactive with the characters.

The AILA uses Cognitive AI which means it is assessing the interactions of your child and offering the right content at the right time. Based upon your child, it will recognize if your child is understanding what they are teaching. If not, it will reassess and offer the lesson in a different way. So essentially, every child will have a different curriculum as it is not a one size fits all.

There are no ads or pop ups. There are also no subscription fees. After purchasing the AILA, you will have everything you need for the preschool curriculum.

There is a free parent app that you download to accompany the AILA. This will be how you turn on and off the learning session. After the learning session is complete, you will get a description of what your kiddo learned during the session.

The AILA has been a really great way for Dominic to learn things and then apply them to his day. We can expand upon what he learned while watching his AILA. He can recognize letters and phonics and I can see his growth from using this the past few months.

If you are looking for an interactive at home preschool curriculum, check out the Animal Island Learning Adventure. I think you and your kiddos will enjoy it!
